Has anyone read an article that explains what went on behind the scene in Congress?

The administration shows up with a demand for a bill for untold billions/trillions of money and both parties agree to it 2 weeks later after they add billions for pork.

Were there public hearings with economic or financial experts? Who or what group demanded this bailout be fast tracked.

Something seems to be amiss. And amiss is not looking to pretty.

Simple. They were bought off and told how to vote.
Didn't you know, congress represents whoever writes the biggest check.
