The main track is now slated to open this Friday, even with rain in the forecast.

Don't think it's the rain to worry about .. it's if the temps drop and freezing weather comes back into the area .. fortunately .. the weather has been real nice .. and warm .. the past several days .. some days seeming unseasonably warm, especially considering the winter we've been through!

I would think, and hope, that as long as there isn't a deep freeze looming in the forecast, racing should finally get back onto the main .. finally .. and we'll get to see some 7 furlong races and one-turn miles!! Then Spring will really feel like it's here!

I feel better already. The headache is clearing up, the vision is less fuzzy, even the voices are much lower than usual.
The main track is three feet away, yet might as well be halfway around the world.
Watch out in the contest this week guys! I got nowhere to go but UP!
