DON Mc Kirgan

He wasn't a bad driver at Scioto Downs in 1963 ;)

And he was innocent of any wrongdoing for the next five years!

Give me a bad driver on a fit horse against a good driver on a totally unfit horse any day.

Its the horse you have to bet and not the driver.

Give me a bad driver on a fit horse against a good driver on a totally unfit horse any day.

Its the horse you have to bet and not the driver.I think the right answer is somewhere in the middle, not in the extremes. A good driver can't magically make an unfit horse sound. But you will have to admit that there must be valid reasons that a driver has a 5% or less win rate.

I made almost 800.00 Just read my analysis of the 14th race. I WAS ALL OVER 5-9/9-5, SOME 5 OR 6 HOURS IN ADVANCE! And my great note-taking skills paid dividends! Now, read my latest posting.

p.s. I'm an incredibly strong advocate of videotape analysis/proper note-taking. I've talked about it in all (15) of my published works. Yes, even in my sports betting booklets.
