Clicked on TVG streaming video @ 12:05pm/ET today, to catch TLG's half-hour pregame show on the Belmont Feed. NO BELMONT listed. Check NYRA.COM to make sure they're still running. Yep!
I Call up TVG & ask the customer service rep if TVG could get Belmont streaming video online, since it wasn't up yet.
The lady checks the streaming video feed on her computer.
"I don't have Belmont on my list of tracks streaming video" :bang:
"I know mam, that's WHY I'm Calling You. Streaming video is usually available one hour before first post."
"Let Me check with a supervisor..."
3 minutes later.. "We don't currently have Belmont on streaming video..." :faint:
"Mam, THAT'S WHY I'm CALLING YOU! Can someone check about getting it added?" :eek:
"My Supervisor said he's going to look into it. Check your track feeds later"
