Monmouth Park Meet Saved By ADWS

This year, on-track attendance and betting were down at Monmouth Park, yet parimutuel handle from all sources was up compared to last year. It looks like the 2008 Monmouth Park meet was saved by the betting at ADW companies. As well, I'm assuming that Monmouth had an open access to most American-based ADWS. I wonder if the TOC executives are paying attention?
