Agreed, good idea. These mortgage backed derivatives belong in the commodities market and not privately exchanged, among investment banks, without regulatory oversight.

Heck of a lot more transparent than the deals that got us to where we are now.

It'll be interesting to see if the Najarian bros. have a comment about this proposal.
