Anyone know of books or significant parts of books devoted to handicapping maidens? Appreciate any and all references. Thanks in advance.

Excellent book, cmoore! His workout stuff works pretty good at FL.

Cynthia has Mastering Maidens, and I think Dave Powers has one...Maiden Manifesto?

Helms book is pretty good, as was Litfin's original book. Litfin had some good pencil-paper ideas on trainers & gave a little lesson or 2 on using Maiden Stats. Neither book was a catch all, but both had good info to use.

Forgot about Helm...yes, excellent research there. I wish he would go digital.
His stuff is very good, but try doing 10 tracks a day! When I played only one, his book got a good workout.

Bruno De Julio (of Racing Digest) had a book on Maidens and the workouts. Also has a new book out on workouts--Exposing the Mystery...for what it's worth.
