Hi I download my entries from Trackmaster, and then parse their Foxpro files into my own db. Does anyone know of an alternative data provider?
XML or CSV results files are easy to find, but all entries seem to come in .pdf files.

Have you looked at the BRIS .CSV offerings?

Datafile Structures

Early Track Data File (ETD)
http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=etdformat
"Official program numbers, morning line odds, race conditions, medication, etc. ($0.50 per Track per Racedate)"

Results Data File Formats
http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=resultdata

DRF PP's in the "Single File" format
http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=drfsff

DRF PP's in the "Multi File" format
http://www.brisnet.com/cgi-bin/static.cgi?page=drfmff

They also have some free stuff (e.g. "Instant Entries" and "Instant Programs" in HTML format).

HDW (http://www.horsedata.com/ ) is another possibility. But, you would have to use one of their affiliated 3rd-party programs that have an "Export" feature. I know that "HSH" and HTR" do - not sure about the others. Double-check that the export data contains what you want!

Brisnet has .xrd (exotic results data) files. They are in comma-delimited format. This file contains basic info, 1 record for each horse. .xrd files are $.25 per track per day.

If you want fractions and call positions, race comments etc. they have the Comprehensive Charts File (also in comma-delimited format) which contains everything you would see in the full charts and more, like distances in yards for each fraction, (6 files per .zip file:#1-Race,,#2-Start,#3-ITM_Payoff,#4-Exotic_Payoff,#5-Breeding,#6-Footnotes). These files cost $.50 per track per day, they also have monthly and yearly unlimited downloads plans ($74.95 per month, $699.95 per year)

Brisnet has archives for several years, also. Same prices as shown above but with a $20 minimum order. Great way to build a database for results very cheaply.
