There's a rumor going around that Walter Case, Jr. is getting out of jail early for good behavior and will be driving at The Meadows.

Man, what a waste of talent, that guy had one of the best pair of hands and a terrific sense of timing.......One of the best ever.........Drugs...too bad......

But now, we have Tim Tetrick, and he is of the same talent, as the above nut-job... Tim T. has a way of getting so much out of a horse....When Tim drives, his horses try so hard for him, and he has a knack of being in the right place at the right time.....Uncanny........

When Tim is on a horse at Pocono Downs or Chester, he attracts so much attention and Cash, that at first, I was dismayed that he was winning so many races, but after awhile I have found that, it makes for a much juicier price on other top contenders, so there is, this balance.....In the end, if you play Tetrick horses, you will be getting a severe underlay, but often enough a nice overlay on one your goodies......A nice balance, I'd say.

Does "time off for good behaviour" result in probation for the remainder of the original sentenance?

Anybody aware of any jurisdiction which allows a convicted felon to compete with probation and/or sentenance not full-filled?
Most jurisdictions have firm policies in these regards.

To apply for licensing and then be denied by any jurisdiction, would result in long term reprecutions in same jurisdiction. Is it worth the risk?
