Virtual Stable by Sire?

There is one particular sire where I like to bet his offspring. Does anybody know a service where it would e-mail you if that sire's off-spring are racing anywhere in the country? I've looked but I cannot find it anywhere.

brisnet and tsnhorse have stable mail by sire..It costs 10 cents a sire per day though..
