I was asked how I posted the YouTube boxes.....
I always skip one line, as the top line sometimes won't allow me to paste.
Then click on the YouTube Button right above this this box.
First, you get to enter a title, then you need to copy theYouTube link from just past the = sign ( first if there are more than one)
Then past it between the [ ] [ ]

Good tutorial Tom and it's good to see that not everyone has died so far today in a nuclear war or something (there are so few posts today, that it sure looks like it!).

Just to clear up one possible confusing bit, in the pic where Tom has shown the URL to cut and paste from, he has just copied the URL bar of the page he was on. When you're on YouTube, you'll see something more like:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GJOjrpaVZpk

And the bit you copy is:

GJOjrpaVZpk

(but obviously it will be different depending on what video it is).

Sometimes there are extra things (settings) and you don't want those. They're usually separated by "?" symbol.
