hey guys,
If all else fails, here is a link to an excellent :ThmbUp: web site that offers help for every kind of puter problem...I've used them many times and they are great...you'll have to register (free) and they have a place where you can fill out a 'help ticket'...a tech guy will reply to you within 48 hours, and they have never failed to help me...even with some very stubborn puter problems---
