Most tracks have websites. Why are they not required to disclose track takeouts? What about drug rules? Why can't you find, for example, suspensions and violations at Woodbine, unless you buy an on track program?
In other words a track can change their takeout, and if the media doesn't take notice, we may not find out until months afterward.
Something similar happened when Woodbine moved their experimental win 4 14.something takeout back to 25 plus a couple of years back.
