Is there a current software are do you think it is possible to write a program that would have the ability to connect to and scan the possible exacta payoffs for a race provided by someone like BrisNet and then using a given formula provide a list of probable winning combinations. The formula is possible but it is a exhausting effort to do by hand. Is it dream world or possible.

Take a look at HSH. The exacta capabilities you are looking for reside in HSH. A probability is calculated for each pair, pairs are organized into groups, and the software interfaces with live odds. Exactas are a small part of the capabilities. The other major software packages are represented by users on this board too.
