TVG revenue was down for the quarter only because the licensing fees they receive from Youbet on exclusive tracks dropped $3.3MM from 2007. This is due to far fewer TVG exclusive tracks on which Youbet pays TVG. NYRA, NJ and Hollywood Park are three examples of former TVG exclusive tracks. NJ and HP are TV exclusive but not wagering exclusive.
