Arlington Park Friday: 2:30 CST

Race 1:
1,2,7 exb 7 w 1,2 w, 1,2,3,5

7 1:11.0 and 1:18.0 in last 2 sprints @ AP going 6f and 6 1/2f. Trainer awfully sharp and 29% after winning last out. Carries the highweight of 124 here.

2 Vulnerable after 3 unsuccessful sprint efforts vs 25kN3L level. 5/2 too short here. Beatable

1 Came out of last race with a nice 47.1 drill, something I'm noticing more lately is that drill after the last out. Shot

5 a real in and out type. Throws in an exceptional race and then a clunker. Douglas up but not sure here?

Race 2:

Contenders: 2,4,5,6

2 Figures going 7f good connections. Good final times

5 Mac Robertson trainee. Ran a sharp final time vs. same level with Douglas up last out in 1.23.2, now gets the sharp bug 2nd off the shelf and could make a nice impact here. Figures beat this level going 1 mile distance 2 starts back…

6 Only had to face 5 others last out. Drew off driving winning by 7 lengths. Similar circumstances? No doubt sharp winner of 3 of last 4 with Douglas up -but all at the 25k level. Gelding is 9 for 22 @ AP - interestingly has never gone 7f this could be a good bet against here @ 2-1!

4 6-0-1-2 connections and all this horse likes to do is run under. 11-1-4-2 @ AP. Ultra consistent in last 3. Perfect wheel under here.

Race 3:

Contenders: 1,2,4,7 w 1,2,4,5,7

Race 4:

1,3,4,8 covered and try to see if this #3 can beat the #8 here for solid value

3 working too well to not include. Best cummulative drills of this group. 6-1 morning line. Big shot
4 Drops from Md 40k, brief lead/weakened. Should be in contention here, doesn't appear as a lock with
the #3 in the race
8 This is a filly facing the boys here. Razo and Von Hemel 44%. Adds FTL. Watch
1 Sired by Eavesdropper this one has a good AWD of 6.33 *Using same Sire again Friday night at EVD.

Race 5:
Contenders: 1,3,4,6

1 could get the job done but it's tough to win 3 in a row. Try wheeling with the #4 here
3 Naftzger and fits well underneath here. Hope for a decent price. Is 4 for 6 on the board @ AP
4 nice off the shelf performance expect better here
6 Beat the #4 last out for same level. Probably get the tables turned today now that the #4 has a race under her belt here

Race 6:
Contenders: 1,7,8 (2/4). Really do like the #1 and 7 the best here. Try singling #1 and remember the #2 is off the shelf here quite a while

1 Absolutely fits and glad that Karlson keeps the mount here
7 does look sharp here
8 beaten by the #7 in 3 of last 4 efforts very consistent 1:11.1/1:11.2 runner
2 4-1 morning line for an unproven 1 race filly here. Very interested in how this one runs off the shelf.
4 Catalano so automatically will go low odds here. Not sure a closer fits here going 5 1/2. Just got up going 6 1/2 last out.

Race 7:

Contenders: 1,3,5,7 (6/10 if scratches):

1 ultra consistent beyers in last 4 turf efforts. 2nd off drop to 25k where just missed last out. Big shot
3 Had an excuse in last grass race clipping heels. Bourque has a shot to win this race. Slight edge over the #1 here - This trainer is 0-9 on the grass ths meet
5 Remember trainer is 0-13 on the turf here this meet but should appreciate 2nd back off the shelf here
7 Gotta respect Becky Maker here. This filly has thrown in some good works, Gets Karlson up and decent price
*if scratches go here to 2nd tier…

10 Beaten by the #5 and the #3 will probably run the same race and run 4th or 5th here.
6 this one has 6 months + on the shelf. Will watch here. Emigh and Kirby 16-0-2-2 this meet (winless)

Race 8:

Contenders: 1A,4,5,9 / love the #3 as a bomb here for DiVito./ Still think the #4 will be likely favored and 3 for 4 @ the 1 mile distance for Catalano. Vulnerable

1 27% sprint to route. He's probably seeing how the track is playing this day, both entries appear to be rater types
1A have to consider the entry here with Bennett. Drops from 18k on dirt. Must use
3 Nice longshot play here
4 have to consider here 3 for 4 going the 1 mile distance. Probable post time fav.
5 rooting for this one and hope he goes a decent price. DL Bourque deserves one . Good exotic key
9 another good wheel here, not sure on top with lousy trainer but fits very well here @ this level

Race 9:

Contenders: 4,6,9 (wheel these win contenders with the 3 and the 8 in exotics) Don’t trust the Robertson/Douglas entry. Sire's AWD is 9.1f can't see shorter than 6 1/2.

4 probably a deserving fav. After good prep drills and a really nice return to the track after 13 month layoff. Big shot
6 note E T Baird up on this one after 2 sharp sprint efforts. Very impressed this one has held together so well after 24 starts
9 Certainly better suited to dirt sprints. 22.2 and 58.3 in 6f try 2 back
------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 beaten pretty handily vs. same company last out (and by the #4 in here) Better post may help will have to deal w. the #1
5 AWD for Point Given progeny is 9.11f. Not so sure about this Robertson entry

Race 10:

Contenders: 1,2,10 wheeled on top. Remember this #6 won exactly 6 mo's ago (and with Thornton up). I do like the #7 under preferrably 3rd here.
Best to cover the #6 or try a win bet - not looking in good form of late and is winless @ AP from 10 starts. / 1,2,5,7,10 top 5 here and don’t see #7 on top
