What a surprise - his mortgage company is accused of loan shenanigans. No wonder the mortgage loan business in this country is in so much trouble. I didn't see this posted elsewhere on this forum so here it is:

These mortgage company scandals are so deep you could spend the next ten years prosecuting people.

I have a friend in the title business that tells me that Real Estate Agents and Appraisers are actually shredding their deals from the last five years.........in defiance of the law because the penalty for not keeping the records is a misdemeanor and they are afraid of felony investigations that their own records could reveal. Meanwhile the government sits on their ass..........

U.S. Attorneys should be kicking down doors up and down the food chain in some cities. This includes buyers, Appraisers, Real Estate Agents and Builders. Then they should go after the banks. They are all complicit in these bad deals that have ruined a hurge portion of the economy. Yet, Nancy and Boenher go on vacation while Rome burns............

From the article:

Earlier this week, the New Hampshire Banking Department threatened up to $200,000 in fines and a loss of license after accusing The Mortgage Specialists of forging signatures and destroying documents, among other violations.

No shock here. The man has gone from broke to millionaire numerous times. He loves the roller coaster.
