I am looking for an online meeting software that is:
1) Free
2) Easy to use/easy to give instructions to attendees
3) Can accommodate at least 12-15 people (preferably more)

Is there such an animal?

Sincere thank you in advance for any help with this.

Richie:

Are you looking along the lines of the WAR ROOM here at PACE ADVANTAGE? If so, here's an idea...try contacting an administrator or moderator via the free, online messenger called INSPEAK. I believe they can arrange for you to have your own private online chat room, that is locked out to all outsiders except the people you invite to the room.

Check www.gotomeeting.com (http://www.gotomeeting.com)

They use it where I work. Website shows it is for up to 15 people. Assume it is actually 15 pc's if needed more than one person would be able to gather at each pc.

Yakkle is free, and it runs on Java: http://www.yakkle.com/

Here are some interesting comparison charts: http://www.yakkle.com/comparison.html

Guys,
THANK YOU so much for helping me out man. I have these to check out plus a buddy gave me "Beam your Screen" to look at as well.

I'll be hosting a webinar on 10/18 so I have a while to find one that suits my needs and is VERY easy for attendees to access.

If folks have any others they think are good please let me know and I will check them ALL out!

Again I really appreciate the help.

You might be able to use the free trial at webex. www.webex.com (http://www.webex.com). Used it for a couple of meetings and it is pretty easy to use.
Works on both linux and windows.
