Day 15: 8.1.08
Late post today. Last Friday the 5/8 races were won by horse coming from Mid-pack.
Race 1: Interesting race #5 Change Your Mark is 6/5 and is dropping more than ½ his last price for Morey/Bejarano. He is a presser and should sit off #3 Okie Dokie Petey. Like the looks of #2 Call Transfer for Becerra/Solis who should get a decent trip in mid pack. Also need to check #4 Credibility out for a cold Sherman barn.
Play to win #2 at 4/1 or better and consider #4 at 5/1 or better. Key both horses in an exacta box with the 6.
Moving to the 3rd race #6 Mr. Rod is a speed and fade candidate to improve 2nd time out with blinkers being added. A move Dan Hendricks has been very successful with.
Play at 3/1 or higher.
