Race 7 - #5 Ground Hero (4-1) Both trainer and horse are quite capable of winning of this type of layoff going long on the turf. This versatile 8 year gelding is spotted at his proper level today and looks fit and ready to go off a nice series of turf works making his first start of the year.
Race 10 - #1/1A Hangingbyathread/Provincetown (6-1) This entries styles compliment each other and either one is capable of wining on his best day. Hangingbyathread made an improved effort in his first start for his new trainer Carlos Martin and will be flying late. Provincetown is a front runner making the pivotal third start off the long layoff and will be involved from the get go.
