So much hype was placed on the potential matchup of Medaglia d'Oro and Congaree for the Big Cap .. that it almost seems unfair that when other big matchups come along, they get little if any attention at all. Afterall, what is it that makes the great matchups great?? Really talented runners, that's what!
Okay, so this is not a showdown of the older classic-distance males in the game, instead, it's a showdown of some really talented older females in the game.
Got Koko is coming off a sweep of the La Canada series .. a feat accomplished by only two females before her.
Affluent made people stand up and take notice last out that she might be ready to really rise to the top of the division instead of chasing the leaders of the division.
It all takes place at Santa Anita on Sunday in the Santa Margarita
