I would think this is a positive step as it reflects Twinspires being willing to pay a higher percentage to purses. LA Downs first signed up with Youbet, then TVG gained TV exclusivity, and now Twinspires is aboard. I think Xpressbet is also offering LA Downs. Seems like this is some movement.
