We had tossed this around in another thread (I can't find it) and wondered if there was a report about positives with trainers...seems there is, and this article gives the details for Asmussen & Dutrow... Asmussen beat Dutrow fair & square:D

I really don't know that much about the track side of this issue but when I glanced through that list it seems to me that whoever is in the paddock and who ever is patroling the barns are not doing their job prior to the race. It also appears that alot of this is paperwork and I would think that when they pay their entry fees the front office would know if the paper work is complete and up to date.

If you know for sure any guidence would be appreciated.
