The City of Wash D.C. is trying to comply with the Supreme court. But it has just set itself up for more legal action.
Why don't they just legislate that the guns must be made of rubber.....be flourescent colored and require a crossword puzzle be completed before they can fire?
They have placed so many hurdles in the way of prospective gun owners, they are complying with the technical legal meaning of the court decision but violating the ruling by ignoring the spirit and intent of the ruling.
