Private clocker reports

I'm curious, does anybody here buy private clocker reports? Have any success with them? I know they're big out West, but they seem almost nonexistent on my (east) coast...

marc, yes once in a while i get "clockers report" off of the TRACKMASTER web site.i believe they come from NATIONAL TURF,BOB SELVIN and his cronies.i find the private clocker reports useful in maiden races in SO CAL.

however,i've never had much success using them on the day to day claimers.

by the way,love the new web site oh yeah,i keep getting e-mails from SELVIN touting his BVA'S in the SIMULCAST WEEKLY.i've found them to be relatively useless in handicapping,and i've yet to run in to anyone that even mentions them at the track.

I downloaded a lot of workout reports from BRIS for the last two Breeder's Cups and to be honest, I found them pretty much useless. Unless you bet on all the horses that looked listless, appeared tired or didn't like the footing. They were the ones doing the actual running when the races started.
