Saratoga Before the Meet Starts

Anybody know if the grandstand is open for morning works, and breakfast before the meet starts? I happen to be going to the area next week, and would like to stop and check the place out.

It is not open prior to the meet except for the open house on Sunday, July 20th.

Thanks for info, I guess I'll cross that stop off. I know most tracks you can walk in the front side for works, I am disappointed you can't do that at Saratoga.
