I would imagine if you had the 7, you were given the post time favorite instead.

Some of the rules on P3s & P4s are a joke. I played a P3 at, I believe it was Prairie Meadows last week, and every one of my horses in each leg was scratched. I thought that since the 1st leg was scratched that I would get a refund. But I was wrong.:eek:

pk 4 goes to the fave..........that's why its not a good idea to bet the fave in the pick 4, if there's a scratch, you inherit everyone else's money.

NO !!!..the 2,10, 11 is the 8th race because the favorite won and had scratches...1 is the winner of the 9th....5 is the winner of the 10th and was favorite and had the 7 scratched....and the 11th the 2 won and was a longshot and any scratches lost on the favorite
