FireFTP - Help!!

I am trying to add this plugin but when I attempt a download I get this from Firefox preventing it.
file:///C:/Users/Richie/AppData/Local/Temp/moz-screenshot-1.jpg
"Firefox prevented this site (www.download.com) from asking you to install software on your computer."

I am using Vista O.S. and Firefox version /2.0.0.15

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trying saving the file to your computer and running it from there.

Same thing when I went there. I get stopped with the above quoted message.

If I just right click and save to computer it won't open from the desktop.

I appreciate the help as I am not very computer savvy.

I already have it installed but tried to down load it from that site, and and got a drop down message that was similar to your, but there is a ALLOW button to the right.

I'm running Firefox 3 so things might be different, but go to tools, then options,then Security and uncheck the box that says "Warn me when sites try to install add-ons" or add the site to exceptions. Then try to download and install. If that works then go back to options and put a check back in the box.
