1) I saw an ad on Bloodhorse.com for NYRA Rewards that promised $500 to anyone amassing 20,000 "points." Is a "point" equal to $1 wagered? If so, is this 2.5% the rate at which they've rebated all along? Or, is this a recent increase ... perhaps prompted by competition presented by Premier Turf Club?

2) Did Laurel run only January-March in 2004 ... with no summer or autumn meets?

1 point is $1 wagered on a nyra track and $2 on an outside one. The joke is this bonus is only available to new members. Who cares about the existing one's right?
