Turf rail -- how do I find out?

if a track website does not post it -- that means you Monmouth and a few others -- how do I find out where the turf rails are placed before the races.

I don't see them on Equibase. (Am i missing something)
I don't see them on the Twinspires.com scratch report nor any other scratch report.

It's in your HTR past performances. Right in the running line, next to the surface call out...like T18 means rail set at 18 feet.
