because I wouldn't had the courage to go for that long shot in the last race. Big carry over today from Saturday if anyone went for it.

It is very hard to nail a pick six without at least one price horse. $20 and up horses will usually win 1 race in a random 6 race sequence as long as there are decent size fields.

13 mtp in race 9...

If the 4 wins, we have another carryover. Rodriguez on Say Karakorum Sandy (30-1 ML), but I'm sure some people are a bit nervous.

I don't play Pick 6's because I possess neither the bankroll nor testicular fortitude for that multi-race wager.

longshot Willsboro in 6th race made pick 6 today over $103,000, 5 right was $155. The rest of them were short shots. I got pick 3, races 2-4, spent $40 to get $87 ($1 value) plus $23 in scratch refunds.

I got my usual 4 of 6, thinking of changing my screen name soon.:bang:

1/6,7/4,7/1,3,9/5,7,8,9/10/

$96.00 ticket. I did not post this on the selection thread, as I did not want anyone to piggyback my ticket, as I'm so hot lately!:D

Even though it didn't pay that is a nice ticket for the money you put in.

The 2 was a solid choice though in the first leg - I think it was a favorite. You could have added it and doubled the cost of the ticket. Then you would have had to spread in that third leg to an all. I thought that race was the most difficult of the sequence. That and the second to last leg. I don't know how to handicap these turf sprints. I wish they would not card these races. I don't like them.

I handicapped it, but didn't play. I would have had 5 of 6 but it would of cost me 2k. I didn't feel confident enough in ticket. I would have been knocked out in the eighth race. I didn't like the 5. I thought the 10 in the last leg made it a "pick 5". Lone speed. Probably should have just played that horse to win.

4 of 6 for me too, but only played for $72 so no big deal.

I played

1+2+8 // 2+6 // 8 // 8+9 // 4+5+8 // 10

Never would have picked the 3rd leg right and admittedly that single there was kinda iffy, but too many to choose from in that leg

I got five of six. Couldn't find that 20-1 shot and had the second place finisher....ugh!

Someone I know who is active on this board compiled a $2,600 ticket that he showed me before the races that he ultimately declined to pay.

You guessed it. It had 6 of 6. :(

Wasn't me. It wasn't meant as a redboard. I didn't even look at it. I have a very that did who messaged me his ticket before the 1st race and then told me he didn't want to invest $2,600. Yikes...

Wow that stinks. I handicap the ticket and sometimes I play, sometimes I don't. I guess I'm setting myself up for what happened to your friend.

Why would somebody invest 47k in one ticket?? What kind of return did he expect? I think the 10 was a solid single in the last leg and there were only two playable horses in the first leg. I don't know how you don't hit that if you invest 47k.
