Report: Two dead in stabbing spree in Tokyo

TOKYO, Japan (AP) -- Japan's national broadcaster says two have died in a mass stabbing in downtown Tokyo.

Broadcaster NHK said the two dead men in the Sunday attack were 19 and 74 years old.

The attacker apparently went berserk in the popular Akihabara electronics and video game district, stabbing at least 14 people.

I especially noted the following sentence in the report (emphasis added):

"The killings were the latest in a series of grisly knifings that have stoked fears of rising crime in Japan."

I just read that he ran over a bunch of people with his truck before he went on the Shish kebab tour. The point is, an individual will find a way if they are truly motivated. End of story

i assume 3 or 4 of them could have had an impact.

Good observation for a change. Of course, this means we get to keep the guns, knives, axes, icepicks, hammers, automobiles, etc. because they don't kill. Only people kill.
