Big Brown is still the horse to beat (and we don't really have to say much about him). However, an upset isn't impossible. There are two horses that do have a shot as spoiler:

Casino Drive is very impressive. It is hard to tell how good this horse really is as he only ran 2 times (once overseas) and the training methods used are foreign to us. However, the horse is definitely bred and trained for the Belmont. Their training tactics seem to be primarly based on building endurance. Also, if you watch the footage of his Maiden race in Japan, that was impressive. He cruised around on a surface that is like beach sand. It is very deep and is at least 3 seconds slower than any track in the US. Also word has it that after that race, he wasn't even blowing hard. He probably could have done another lap. I think I would have been tired just walking in that sand. The Peter Pan was very impressive as well. The question is if the injury will hurt his performance at all.

Denis of Cork has a shot as well. His performance in the Derby is exactly what you look for in the Belmont. Also, he will have a better chance in a race with a smaller field where he doesn't spot the horses 14 lengths at the start. Finally, he has some good workouts and is well rested.

For Tris and Supers, we would also use Ready's Echo, Icabad Crane, Tale of Ekati, and Macho Again.

Good luck everyone!
