I dont see anything wrong with Clark being allow to ride. There are convicted killers walking the streets and working jobs. If the govt
convicts him and locks him up then he wont ride.
yeah, he still gets to work, if not in jail.
I was best man for a guy that caused a similar deal while drunk and while it's no excuse, and he never tried to excuse it, he never got over it , never.
he got probation AA and restitution and suspended lic the whole bit.
