I have a great idea....
as long we all meet here regularly to argue, insult, spam, and otherwise piss off everyone, why don't we talk about handicapping while we're here?
I hear these is a big race at Belmont Sunday and the top weights are 123-122-122- and looks to be re-match of sorts.
Anyone got an opinion on how this baby shakes out?
Maybe someone out there uses a database and could giveus an insight, or maybe someone has written a software program that might want to to share an opinion?
How about this for starters, "How will the race being run around only one turn affect the matcheup?" Last time, at Pim, there were two tighter turns and this one will really be a change.
Any NYRA regulars got any insights on how to play these one turn routes?

Tom,

Now that's a refreshingly novel idea. What race on Sunday are you referring to?

Horseracing? Where the hell am I. Isn't this the bitch and moan board :D

Will take a look tommorrow. Early speed has been holding up well at Bel. but as the class gets better early speed is not to tough to overcome. Will depend on how the pace sets up..of course.
