I had heard that this was the year Nevada would decide to accept the substantial income garnered from internet betting on horseraces. I am not really "in the loop" up here but was hoping to hear from someone who was about the likliehood of such a magnificent happening.

A retired Math Professor from YSU lives in Henderson and played at the Barbary Coast for years (it got bought out, changed names, and might not even have a race book now). He enters the Coast Casino's Handicapping Tournaments at The Orleans yearly. Ask for Professor Steve from Youngstown. I put him up there with any of the top Handicappers here.
