Interesting. I have a couple of their machines and the only time I ever called for service I was helped immediately and treated better than I thought i should be. My parrot, after watching me use my laptop, decided he wanted to also, which to a bird means chewing off one of the control keys. I called them simply asking for a new key cover, which I expected to have to pay for as it was my fault, but the guy on the phone said it was under warranty and sent me a whole new keyboard for free. Maybe I was lucky, but they do sell a lot of computers. No excuse for bad service, but it would increase the number of bad things that could happen
