For those playing the Memorial Day card at Belmont, take the rail into consideration. The 1-path has been the path to success the last three days. Just saw Looky Yonder come from way back (not typically a deep closer, but broke poorly) to score inside Dream Rush in the Vagrancy. Coa left the door wide open down the lane.
But it is not a speed bias, it's a rail bias. Speed horses would do well to get inside and clear, but if centrifugal force pulls them wide in the stretch they're vulnerable.
