Gee Murph, nice job, looks like a tough way to make $1.20. Too bad a couple of the longer shots didn't come in....oh well better then loosing.

That was a 2 X 4 chalk walker played on 3 route races in a row. You don't see that very often at CT. I felt the fourth leg #6 on that ticket was the best shot for a better score going in and he was like $146 on the will pay. OMG - if the 4 gets there it pays $30 bucks.

Some races are not for the long shots, like the 1st and 2nd leg. In the 3rd leg MLC, you have to take a stand on your records for those types. #6 Allured didn't fire going wide around in the 4th leg. The average running times were below average for those 4 races as well, helping the chalk plays to stick out to more bettors.

I get the $50 bucks back and live to play another night. I'm going out to the racino later today and take a look at Presqe Isle Downs. Without all of the ADW sharps and wise guys in the pools, I'm planning on plucking some hens there today. I don't fear the whales.
