Very interesting article. I've never understood why people play "Quick-Picks" on a horse race and don't try to handicap it, but I'm not going to judge it.
It is absolutly embarassing to the industry that this occurred and that no quick picks included Big Brown. It also give credence to those on the Board that have suggested for years that those entities involved in the handling of wagers are completely incompetent and that you cannot trust these entities.
