PVal may have gotten some of his legal issues out of the way in California. However, his main issue of being a USER still looms prominent. That jockey (MONKEY) he has riding on his back has been too much added weight for him to carry, to Win at Life. It's just a matter of time before drug testing catches him again. (JMHO) :)

The only thing I ever liked about PVal was his riding. He threw that away because he can't grow up and be a man. Let him get his license back at Louisiana Downs. He'll sweat his nads off down there and they'll kick his azz. Just what he deserves.
