Instead of money won to determine the best jockeys?I would like a jockey that won 20 races for cheap purses than a jock that won a single million dollar race.But I don't get too wrapped up in letting the jock make my bet either.

Gotta say .. sometimes it's hard ignoring the rider .. either good or bad.

Regarding good riders, I tend to take note when a horse goes from one of the riders that might have caused me to stay away, to a rider I find substantially more capable or a rider who is exceptionally talented.
