Is "toteboard charting" a particular system (commercial or common-knowledge) or is it simply another way of saying toteboard handicapping? Thank you.

I've pared it down over the years to:

The 1st flash ( Advance play $$$ )

After they leave the walking ring ( covers the people who like the close up inspection )

1-2 minutes to post ( Takes into account the post parade, warm up & most of the later money )
