Track Reconfigured/Resurfaced?

Recently, Tom had posted the start dates for the synthetic tracks. I was wondering what (and when) other (if any) dirt or turf courses had been reconfigured, resurfaced, or anything else done to them so that comparing performances after that date to before that date make no sense?

For example, I believe that on 1/03/05, Gulfstream Park ran their first races on their newly designed dirt and turf tracks.

None, other than Woodbine, and that change occurred long before the poly.

I've been wondering, as of late, if there are any breakdown or dnf numbers for Gulfstream since their new oval was put in, seeing that their base layer would have been new and uncompromised. One of the arguments for those on the anti-synthetic side of the debate has been refortification of dirt track bases might result in dirt tracks as safe as recently installed all-weather surfaces. Of course, the problem with doing these kind of comparisons is that the majority of catastrophic injuries occur in the morning and I don't know if those numbers are ever made public.
