BM will never see synth; they close after this year's fair and then meet the wrecking ball.

GG starting date was 11/07/07 for the Tapeta track.
BM has the doors close today, except for the two week fair meet in mid August.

You folks are a credit to Thoroughbred Racing/ Handicapping, and the Pace Advantage web site.

I truly believe, regarding Horse racing, someone reading these posts has the answer, to just about any question or fact. Someone is keeping personal records and information on facts, which others have deemed extraneous. As a collective group, you're an unmatched repository of information. If 'you' don't know it, 'you' know where to find it.

My Respect to this collective group of Folks.

The best handicapping book I own is the one I cut and pasted from here! ;)

So, BM closing....guess I missed that one. So just one track for NoCal now?

Thank goodness...first 8 races today, average win price was under $5.00.

I believe Pleasanton will be picking up some dates. I also believe they will convert to an artificial surface.

I heard that Pleasanton will be picking up about forty dates, split between two meets, starting in 2010. This is in addition to the fair dates.
