The Derby issue came today...looks good. They have a "template" article for each of the 15 major contenders by top name writers (including Ken Masa of HTR) and an interview with a pro capper who clocks his own works inTexas.
Good issue, just in time.

what is your evaluation of the magazine? i used to get it in vegas free, and was not too impressed.

Overall, it is worth it, but it fell far short of it's original promise of being a great mag. I used to eagerly await each issue, now I throw it on the couch for reading some time. Occasionally a really good article, mostly just stuff. But, it ain't Newsweek, so it's worth the money.;)
