Kentucky horsemen are trying to extort an unwarranted portion of the takeout generated by out-of-state ADW bettors.

It's the Kentucky front of the price-fixing outrage being foisted on players - by way of unrealistic and uneconomic demands made on the tracks and ADWs - by the greedy members of the THG cartel.
