I believe it's a "no diving" sign, but I could be wrong.

looks more like a no vomiting sign.....maybe like the ones they have at the track for when you get taken down at 20-1, or little Andy gives out the 12-1 shot morning line guy, as his best bet, that you've been waiting for , seemingly for months to cash a bet on.

I believe it means that both left turns and U-turns are not permitted at that intersection.
