Okay, Street Boss looks best, but the value here lies in throwing out Silver Stetson Man and Tropic Storm, the second and third choices.
Tontine Too has terrific speed, and has shown it versus TOUGH speedballs. I can not say the same for One Union and Tropic Storm. In fact, in TS's race versus Benny the Bull, one could argue that TS got a perfect trip. I also don't buy the argument of the Closer Look guy that two slow works mean TT is not in shape. One worry is that he's the kind of runner that often looks like the clear speed, but always battles head and head. In fact, in 12 races he's never led early by more than a head.
SSM will get a perfect trip and still fall short, I think. Hmm, he DID beat Johnny Eves, and the freshening may be key, but he's always pounded in the wagering.
I'll take exactas of 4,5 with 2,3,4,5,7; and an exacta box of 4 with 2,3,5,7.
