I myself would say no,Listening to the guy on TVG saying "sometimes" they may need anaesthetic...That made me laugh...There is NO human alive that could hold a horse down while sticking a needle in him to give him stitches...ANY numbing agent would come under the "Caine" which are banned drugs...IF they did manage to get stitches in him with no painkiller,Id really respect the guy that held him..I say he will wait for another day
